Stationed at Draft Rendezvous Louisville Discharge Recommendation: 'The Board of the Examination of Recruits convened in accordance with Genl Orders No 18 headquarters Draft Rendezvous dated October 16, 1864. having carefully examined William Ford a volunteer recruit for the 7th Kentucky Cavalry find that he has: Varicucele Discharge is recommended. The Board is of the opinion that the defect might have been discovered by a proper examination of the Board of Enrollment.'
