Pls Decker was arrested April 19/65 at Camp Nelson Ky by Provost Marshal charged with desertion.

Daween Petticord was arrested Aug 7/65 at 'Kiderville' Ky by a Capt Carroll charged with desertion. No charges against either of these men have been received at or passed through this office as shown by the records.

As it seems the case dose[sic] not get much attention here. If you would make application to Col Cummins or whoever is the Judge Advocate here no doubt this removal could be easly done.
